Description
"Castor River Shut-ins" (30x20 oil). The Castor River Shut-ins is in the eastern Ozarks near Fredericktown, Missouri. The reddish magenta rhyolite granite adds a rich pink color to hardwood and pine forests in the St Francois Mountains of the eastern Missouri Ozarks. The ancient pre-cambrian igneous rock formations and clear Ozark streams are what I love about this region making it truly unique.
The Castor River Shut-ins, a great place for the family to play in one of the Ozarks pristine clear streams.
