A painting like Autumn Fog is not inspired by single photograph or single memorable moment. It's an image captured over time on the thin emulsion of my mind from hundreds of float trips and thousands of photographs taken on the rivers and streams of the Missouri and Arkansas Ozarks.
This particular painting is inspired by a foggy sunrise flat trip on the Gasconade River in central Missouri.
It is 12x17 oil painting on canvas and framed in a wooden silver and warm gray frame. It is signed on the front and come with a birth certificate.
